The disk in drive F is not formatted...

Hello,

My name is Clovia. I have a lot of very important information on my "clip" flash drive. When I insert it in to the computer I get a message that saids "The dis in drive F is not formatted, do you want to format it now?" I want to know if I select ok will it erase everything on the flash drive?
