the service pack you are using is surely a wrong one and i would recommend that you use the sp2 instead its with less problems than the sp3

Do you have a stop code or anything to give us a little more information? Stop codes look like this.
"Stop 0x0000007B". Once you find it post it and people will help you resolve this problem

i have the same problem, I open my computer then up to the windows logo, and then a quick flash of BSOD appeared. I already disable the autorestart thingy and this is the error code.
"Stop 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0xF76EA750, 0xF79A542C, 0xF79A5128)"
without the quotations.
