cannot connect to the net using linksys wifi Closed

Hello,

i cannot connect to the internet using my linksys wifi. coz it ask for validity identity. or a certiification? the problem started when my friend borrowed my router and used it on her laptop. she created a name for it but when she tried to delete it. she cant be able to do so.. how can i solve this problem. thanks

Hi there,

Reset the router,follow these steps:

-Unplug your dsl cable,then locate at the back a small button reading reset,press and hold it for 30 seconds.
-you may also require to access it on your browser ,192.168.1.1,ten release and renew dhcp and get ip address.
