How to get a cd rom started Closed

Question

Hello,
I am new at this.  How do i get a cd-rom that I have inserted into the tray to begin playing?
Am i supposed to be a a special mode.
It will not start.

Dear Sir, 

Please get to My Computer and double click on the drive for it to start running. Yet if it does not starts, consider indicating what the CD contains for further help.
