Hello,
My iPod auto lost all the videos,unfortunately on my computer i have deleted all the video files ass well,but i have not delete ones on my iTunes,I got about 350 videos on my iPod ,what should I do to get these videos back,I do not want to download all of them again,because it wil take a lot of time.

There are recovery programs that will copy the files from the iPod back to the computer. I suggest you use Google search to find one.
