Problem with the usb card reader

Hello,
hi guys i m using a windows xp sp3 os it can recognize the kisgston pen drive

But its not recognizing the card reader which i use for reading my mobile phones micro sd card


any help would be appreciated

Please insert the card reader in your mobile phone to confirm that the matter is not coming from the sd card itself and indicate for further help.
