Doesnt recognise when plug into usb

Hello,
I have a creative zen mp3 and have already installed the software for it but when I plug it into my usb hubs it doesn't work. i have tried many devices on my hub and they are working fine also I have tried plugging it directly but still nothing what the matter?

Doesnt recognise when plug into usb
Usb show - Download - Backup and recovery
Usb flash drive tester - Download - Backup and recovery
Windows 7 bootable usb download - Download - Storage
Usb debugging enabler tool - Download - Other
Ps4 too many usb devices connected - Guide

In most cases the problem lies on the cable connector try to replace it with another one to see if it will work, if not the problem is with your device so try to return it to the manufacture.

i have bought 1 already ,
and still doenst work ..
