It might be that the account is too bulky or that there is a virus causing the trouble. Please contact the Hotmail Support to see into the matter and to get it solved.

Hello, I cannot open my emails on www.orange.co.uk.  Orange broadband say it is a computer problem.  Can you help pl?

Dear Fanny, 

If you have already contacted them and they responded in such, please try opening your email account on another PC to get clear confirmation that the problem is coming from your PC. Then try using another browser to see whether the account opens.
