My Dell Desktop drivers are not working

Hello,
Dell desktop OS got a problem and I reloaded it, but the following drivers where missing: Please can you help get them so I can start using my PC again.

I have no idea what those drivers might be. You should go to the Dell site and download all the drivers and then try to install them.
