My laptop won't boot up at allClosed

Question

my laptop won't turn on, when I press the power button, the light on, wireless light on, and the beep for caps and scroll. the fan runs. and nothing else. screen is blank, nothing. 
and this is not about the battery or ac adapter. plz help!!!

U r laptop is not booting means it is having startup virus, this virus stops the laptop from booting at this time u want to use Rescue Boot CD it will delete that virus and lets u to boot ur laptop. now a days Avira Rescue cd is good. just once try this it may solve ur problem. if u won't get that software download it from a2zsoftwares.com in that u will get full version.........
