HI there,
If not installed then you must use your driver cd and install as per os in use,or download the driver from manufacturer website.

"I had the same problem, I found several suggestions on how to fix it at http://www.noaudiooutput.com . Here is the recommendation that worked for me: find the latest version of your driver, download it, uninstall your current driver and install the new one. Again, this worked for me, if it doesn't work for you then check out their post as they have other answers depending on your cause. They also have an easy way for you to find your driver if you have a hard time."
