Use driver cd and install audio driver or provide the model of pc/laptop you have to give you a driver download link.

I had the same problem, I had found several suggestions on how to fix it at http://www.noaudiooutput.com .
Here is the recommendation that worked for me:
Find the latest version of your driver, download it, uninstall your current driver and install the new one.
Again, this worked for me, if it doesn't work for you then check out their post as they have other answers depending on your cause.
They also have an easy way for you to search your driver if you have a hard time.
