Hello.
Pc-cillin is a Trend-Micro antivirus application, probably not completely removed.
First I suggest that you see if it is in the add/remove programme utility, available through your control panel
Next look into your program files and Windows shared files. Delete when necessary.
Next please download and install CCleaner
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4555-ccleaner/
Run the registry cleaner and delete these items.
If you still can't install, please return and I will have further instructions, anyhow I would like to know how you did.
