pleas i am a ghanain and my e-mail was in english i was about to open my box all of sudden french word came on the screen and i mistakenly click on it and all my e- mail change to french i need your help as i can no longer read my mails , best regards

dear sir i will be grateful if you can change my e-mail which is in english due to my mistakenly clicking on a french word which change the whole e-mail box to french ,best regards
