My Pc Doesn't Shut Down

Hello I don't Know What Happened To my PC. When I Press Start , Turn Of Computer Then Shut Down it saing windows is shuting down but it does not.
This has been happening about 2 weeks.

OK frnd may the solution is here.

I think it caused by virus. So what u have to do, u just force your system to shutdown. Follow the steps mentioned bellow....

1. open notepad.
2. Write following lines serially...
cd\
shutdown -s
3. Save it on your desktop with name shutdown.bat
4. Double click on the shutdown.bat it will force your system to shutdown.
