Windows 7 and widows xp

About two days ago by window 7 could no longer see my windows xp.
My xp system does see the windows 7. I have also lost the print ability. The xp computer has all the printes connected to it. I have changed to a workgoup on the windows 7. No change

Hi there,

You have dual windows on same system?Or its another application,please give more information.

no the windows 7 is on my laptop and xp is my desk top.

I have run all the checks on the windows 7 and they all say that every thing is ok. I can get to the windows 7 from the xp system but the the other way

system did work until last week when I updated the IE on the xp system.
