I'm not sure exactly what to call this problem, but my computer will not let me do anything without the 'open with' dialogue box coming up. I have no problem really with going and finding the program file I want to open, but I can't install anything because of this. Anyone know what I can do to fix it?

regsvr32 /i shell32.dll
