I would like to ask help from anyone.My Toshiba satellite P15-S479 shutdown after 20 minutes of using it with the plug in.Upon charging the battery for one and half hour, it is fully charge indicating with the green light. And, when I used it, after 20- 30 minutes it is already low battery.What do you think is the problem? thanks!

Hi there,
All depends i using too much applications at same time thus making processor work faster it will consume the battery power ,please give more information on it.
