Computer wont start

Hi there, when i shut down my computer and then turn it back on it restarts after the windows load bar. but if i start up in safe mode with networking drivers (haven't tried just safe mode) do nothing and shut down the computer, unplug the power and back in then i can get onto windows fine.

Can anybody help me? thanks

Hi there,

If successfully bootedin safe mode ,right click my computer properties>startup & recovery and disable automatic restart ,apply and press ok.

I have tried what you have said but when i do that i get BSOD saying atikmpag.sys display has stopped or something.

I have recently installed a new graphics card if this helps?
