Online video watching problem

Hello,
I wanted to ask a question on my friends behalf he's been watching videos online as normal for a while now until today whenever he tries to watch a video after it starts it just stops and thats with all video player playing websites help please?

The same thing happened to me, he just have to clear his cookies and cache... try tools > options > privacy > clear cookies...
