My computer keeps restarting itself at the windows xp loading screen. I CANNOT log on to get to the start menu or anything. I have tried my recovery cd but, right off the bat it says Graph cannot be recovered (Options: Retry or Abort) I press retry and the same thing keeps showing up. And of course abort makes the recovery STOP! I need help. I had my computer working fine two weeks ago, shut down, later the same night it just wouldn't stop restarting at the windows xp loading screen. It would stay on it for like a minute after the black screen shows up with the options of safe mode and stuff. Tried all of them, NOTHING WORKS! How can I try to fix this without LOSING EVERYTHING on my computer? I need everything or else my school work will be ruined.... :(

Dear Dragonbabe,

The problem should be coming from faulty Ram stick. Please confirm the issue and replace it for having the problem solved.

Thank you.
