Ipod Nano won't work

When I go to use my ipod none of the buttons work aswell as the scroll wheel.
I turn the switches on & off on the top of it but then my ipod just turns off on me.
Sometimes it will work for a bit, but then it turns off and doesn't work.
Ipod nano's suck!

i believe this is just completely screwed if it doesn't start to work after a week or so (keep trying) you may want to take it in or just replace it with a newer model
