E-mails sent from my account

For the last 2 mornings the people on my contact list have been getting e-mails from my account. I am not sending them. There is a link in the e-mail to a drug supply company in Canada offering low cost drugs. There are also other links, some of which can't be opened. How can I stop this?

someone could hatch our computer ? check for last e-mail
sent and someone could have same e-mail address and let the computer
company known??
