Packet data not available in Nokia 5800

how to get rid of packet data not avaiLable in my phone.. I have tried getting the settings again from the network but nothing's changed. I cant browse to internet to check my Facebook and etc. But what's weird to me is that I can open my E-Buddy. Please tell me what to do. Tnx
