Windows forum fn key not working-reply 2 Paul

It still did not work Paul. I have only 8 processes there, and the only one I don't recognise is HKserv. but even when I turn that on, still nothing happens.
Is that the correct file? HKserv, or should there be something else?

Please provide more information on the issue from beginning so that can understand as well as find appropriate solution to fix it.
