My computer (desktop), Windows Vista.
I turn it on and it quickly restarts over and over, it doesnt get the chance to load or anything. I tried cleaning all the dust and dirt out, but that didn't work. I tried resetting the entire computer, but that didn't work. I tried unplugging the Internet and that did let it start up. So i believe the problem has to do with the Internet. My computer did get a virus that redirected me to a specific site (cant remember what it was). But that problem went away when I reset the computer. Someone I know told me that it might be someone hacking into my Internet. I also have a laptop so I have a wireless router. Any help would be nice. Thanks..
looks like you need to reinstall windows....using a reinstall cd or recovery cd you can repair windows by pressing r when prompted to fix....first change the boot order in your bios to boot from cdrom....if you dont have a disc, download a open o.s. like ubuntu or linux xp.
