My account is infectedbut the other one isnt

ok, so I one of my accounts on my computer is said to be infected. I can't acces internet on that account because there are security warnings. I also have things popping up saying my files are infected, but I have no such files. What do I do? My other account on the computer is working perfectly fine, it's just this one.

HI there,

Remove all important data and save then create new account and delete the other one,make a limited account so as to not get infected as limited account you will not be able to install software and thus virus cannot take control on your system.
