My computer restarts after 5-10 minutes of surfing the net. A message appears warning me that says SYSTEM SHUT DOWN. THE SYSTEM IS SHUTTING DOWN. Please save all your work in progress and log off. ANy unsaved changes will lost. This shut down was iniated by not authority system. Message. The system process. wHEN i USE OTHER program, it does not restart at all.

Hi there,

Check your settings for windows update select let you choose when to install updates as this may be while updates are installed and restart is needed.
