Certificate error
Solved/Closed
I just started getting a certificate error message when trying to access a password protected care page. The main site is fine. The info shows the new certificate is good from 12 April 2010 to 12 April 2011. It also says "This CA Root certificate is not trusted because it is not in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store."
Is this something to be concerned about?
Thank you.

Depends. From what I know, the error basically boils down to this. The site is saying that it is certified. Your browser is saying well I see a certificate but I dont know about the issuer as it is not one of those certificates that I am designed to trust. You should ask the site that is giving you error about this error. Either they should fix the certificate or remove it or will ask you to add it to your trusted certificate collection.
