hey, well my compaq presario m2000 turned off and it wont turn back on. i left it at my dads house for like 4-5 days and forgot to turn it off and when i went back over there and opened up my browser it turned off. it is not responsive to even the power being plugged in, the lights do not light up.

Hi there,

Remove the battery ,press holding the power switch then reseat battery plug adapter and let it for about 1 hour and then power on .
