hey can anyony tell me why i have a signal strength of 100% but when i get online i have only two out of the five bars????????

it means your internet speed is to slow you either have a slow upload or download speed if you have a fast internet connection you will have 5 out of 5 bars if you have a slow internet connection you will get a poor game

having the same problem
except o have 100% signal strength and playing mw2 online only have 1 bar
