Sound problem

Hi everyone......I was wondering if you could help.. I have a problem with the headphone 'hole' in my pc......When I plug in my headphones I cant hear properly fron them unless I press them a bit down.... I ve had my pc opened up to change the fan and since then I had this problem.....???

Hi there,

It may be the head phone jack itself which is a bit curved or the sound card must be changed,when its a hardware issue and you can work with it so adjust with situation else change it.

i meant the the thingy where you plug in the headphone.....the microphone works fine and so does the sound but I have to press the end of the headphone when it is plugged in so that I can hear through the headphone.....i have even used bigger head phone but no use
