Cant access D drive after formatting C

Hello,
i have formatted C drive after formatin i cant access to drive D i thin all data have been lost because when i want to access to D drive it asks me to format D ....what can i do please help

hello,

while reinstalling windows you probably deleted the other partition and created another one and therefore you lost all the data on it and unfortunately i dont think that you can do something about that once you have deleted the partition and created another one
