wont let me add a contact Closed

PLEASE HELP! 
this has been happening for around a month or two now and i finally have had enough. 
As i try to add a contact i click add, then this thing comes up saying sorry the service is tempererilly unavailable but we will add the contact to your contact list, but it dosent!
