Blue screen Of Death

i am trying to run a copy of xp pro over my first xp pro, it keeps dumping phisical Memory.. and i do not want to lose anything on the SATA hardrive, i hav a USB External but i cant get windows to even run enough in safe mode to download my stuff to an external.. i have tried changing my settings in the BIOS, but it still doesnt work, i have 3 partitions but it only shows 1..


CAN ANY1 HELP????????
