Can't connect to facebook or myspace!

i seem to be having problems connecting to facebook and myspace for a week i can open the internet (firefox) but it doesnt connect to myspace or facebook!!!!! what can i do?

These websites should have been blocked and in order to access to the websites, please consider using an alternative browser or an online proxy.
