Move folders from C drive

Hello,
I need help on this one
I need to check folders on the local hard drive "C: drive" and move any none standard folders and their contents to a share network drive. I need to make sure that the batch file does not check common windows folders i.e. WINDOWS / program files / System Volume Information / Documents and Settings. Any help would be appreciated, cant get my head around this one
