My Ipod will not open auto play

I bought a new ipod touch and a new laptop with windows 7. I also have a previous Ipod which I want to transfer my pictures from my Ipod to my laptop and to my new ipod. How do i solve this problem?

Please right click on its drive and see what happens when you try to open it and indicate for further help.
