telephone & contact key on screen is not operated by touching the screen

Well What i Would do is phone up the phone manufacturers and they should have a helpline on your phone box and ask them i had a touchscreen phone like that and i called up my phone manufacturers and they helped me perfectly fine and some months on i can usse my phone properly!!!
