Keyboard on laptop kieeps typing

hi

my laptop keyboard keeps typing iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii on its own. i've tried an external keyboard but the same thing still happens.

when i press letter "S" it'll become si and k becomes ki too.

using Windows vista
