EPSXe change disc-iso problem.

I'm using the emulator epsxe. I'm playing arc the lad III which is a 2 disc game. when the last cut scene on disc 1 ends, it asks for disc 2. I press esc. then change disc-iso. Then click on disc 2. and click continue. But the insert dis one still remains. I can't seem to get it to switch to disc two. Starting disc two up and uploading the saved data from disc two doesn't work for this game. If you try, it'll ask you to insert disc 1 again.

I followed them exactly, but even when I try to change with psxeven, I have the same problem. What do I do?
