Chinese mobile unable to connect to internet

I bought a Anycool 3.0' Touch T8FM TV Chinese imported mobile phone in New Zealand. I am now in Australia and need help to get it to connect to the internet, please.
The instructions I got from my service provider follow. It is the last part that has me stumped.
profile name: Optus Zoo WAP
Homepage http://networker.optus.net.au/wap/index.wml
Data account: MMS
Connection type: HTTP
no user name or password

Dial up number*pp#
Access Point: internet
Preffered/Alt DNS: 202.139.124.225
Inuitialisation String: +cgdcont=1,"ip","internet" - optus, EJ

Any clues anyone?

Firstly indicate whether there is a browser on the mobile phone so that we can see in the matter correctly.
