Chinese mobile unable to connect to internet Closed

Question

I bought a Anycool 3.0' Touch T8FM TV Chinese imported mobile phone in New Zealand. I am now in Australia and need help to  get it to connect to the internet, please.
The instructions I got from my service provider follow. It is the last part that has me stumped.

no user name or password

Access Point: internet

Any clues anyone?
