Sound advice needed

Hi i have a lcd tv, not hd ready. Have been watching movies on my laptop via a vga and headphone to phono through my stereo for sound. However the tip of the headphone socket has snapped off inside the laptop and is stuck inside, now i cant get any sound connection. Is there any other way of transfering the sound to tv/stereo?

Dear Maz,

Please use a small gripper to remove it without damaging it and consider using a good headphone next time.
