Hdd password (SOLVED)

Hi, i have a laptop dell 9400, for weeks ive been tryin to get the pass code for the system, i finally goy pass the system password and now its asking for HDD password,

harddrive number is : **47BLTFXQT-595B

More Info: it is from a dell ispiron 9400 running Vista, id did get past the bios password and removed it but there is still a password on the hdd that i vant get bym its a Toshiba 120gb hdd
