SORTING DATES IN EXCEL

Hi, I am trying to use a spread sheet to automate my family tree. I have a birth date like 2/2/1880 and a death date of 3/8/1900. The censuses run in 10 year incraments - 1870 1880 1890 1900 1910. I want to take the birth date and put yes next to 1890 1900 and a n/a to the 1870 and 1910 census. Is there any to do this?

Could you show couple of lines how its it and would look like . Could you please upload a sample file on some shared site like https://authentification.site and post back here the link to allow better understanding of how it is now and how you foresee.
