i seem to have deleted my built in web cam, when i start up there is a message saying can't exectue cec_main. i need to re install this

Dear Archie,

It seems that you have deleted an important system file on it and it will be advisable to get the system restored to a date where it was working properly but consider creating a back up of your database before.
