Broken compaq presario

i have a compaq presario its been three months now it havent been working it doesnt turn on i tried you guys method and still no solution can u guys please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Sir,

Have you actually checked whether the battery is not faulty by using an alternative one?
