though i do not have a spice mobile but on behalf of having samsung and nokia i want to tell you something
first of all install pc suit of spice mobile on your laptop/computer then open it and simultaneously connect your mobile with pc and go to internet connect option after you see your mobile modem name in pc suit then punch up the details which that wants and enjoy internet also on your mobile you have to receive settings of particular ISP then install them on yur mobile and enjoy internet
