Hello,
i facing a problem...after i re-format my com...i cant connect to the internet...i trying a few times...but the system say cant find the connection & the modem...then i tried to use the cd to boot...to configure...but the system still cant find the connection & modem connected to the com...may i ask what is the problem??? can anyone is there solution to solve it??

You need a DRIVER for the modem. Go to you Computer Manufacturer's Web site and download the modem driver (you may also need other drivers)

If it's a Dell computer you go to WWW.dell.com if it's an HP computer you go to www.hp.com etc

i went to the dell.com and download the revelant programs...but it still cant worked??? why is this happening???Is there any solutions>>
