Sony NWZ-B142F equalizer

hii I have bought new Sony Walkman NWZ-B142F,but it's equalizer doesn't open,it shows an error CAN'T BE EXECUTED. How can I sovle this pro..please help me out...

its simple..just off the bass button before u enter the equalizer door

I faced the same problem with my sony walkman. I am unable to turn off the bass button. How do I turn it off? I tried adjusting the equalizer when the zappin mode was on. Yet, the Bass was also on at the same time, and it still displayed the "Cant Execute" error. Please help.

hold the zappin button for 3 secs
